“I don’t think this class helped me very much unfortunately. My baby still wakes every hour and the CRIES and sit back have never worked for us. Now she’s 3 months and nearly ready for sleep training and I feel like I’ll have to start all over elsewhere because this just did not work at all.”

“There was just not much to this. I would feel fine if I had paid like $15 but feel like I definitely overpaid for what I got. I pretty much knew everything presented through various videos on instagram, which is a free resource.”

“I want to say that I do think you have some useful and helpful tips for new parents on your Instagram stories. But your method does not work for my baby. My first was such a bad sleeper, but we had a lot of sleep crutches and he also had reflux. So now with my second I had a lot of hope for her to sleep better. I started right away trying not to have all of the problems I did with my first. And like any parent desperate for sleep, I purchased your course. However, I could not get my baby to extend her night sleep. And she also screams every time she needs to sleep, so there is no practicing laying her down drowsy but awake. She recently saw her pediatrician and he is aware of the screaming so there’s no health concerns. So now I am just out of the money I spent on your class and still do not have a good sleeper. I think it depends on baby’s temperament and personality. We were not a fit.”

“The information that you get for the price you pay is silly. You should not have to pay ANYONE for this basic information. I think if any of these techniques worked for me I would have been more impressed. This is my sixth baby. I feel like I waisted 40 bucks.”

“The class and materials were incredible! What was frustrating was you only get the class for 4 months. With a 9 month pregnancy, we took the class early on as we both had busy work schedules during the middle of the pregnancy. We wanted to go back and review before baby came, but couldn't. 4 months is not long enough for the price of the class. Pretty bummed :(”

“Hi, I bought taking cara babies but I didn’t realize it was a sleep training video so I never used it. It was a little misleading, at least for me because I knew I didn’t want to sleep train but I thought this course was something else. (I’m a new mom and it was my first baby, so ya know!) I’d like to be able to return my purchase or at least donate it since I spent so much on it but never used it. Thanks!”

“Well put together material. Sit back worked well for getting our baby to take longer naps in the crib during the second month of life. After that none of the techniques worked for us. Literally none, our baby just did not fit the mold on this one. I wish I had expected that was an option earlier rather than jumping through hoops for months. As a first time mom I thought the advice was some gold standard or and more supported by science than it is. Some babies do not follow these habits, our baby is one of them.”

“I was desperate for help sleep training, I'd followed Taking Cara Babies on Instagram for a few years and finally decided to spend all the money we got for Christmas on the course because the reviews made it seem so effective and not like a re-dressed cry-it-out like the Ferber method basically is. Honestly I feel kinda duped now. We caught COVID for a month after I bought it, so I assumed it was user error and I missed the money back window, which, by the way is the same amount of time that the course says it takes to sleep train, so if you encounter sickness or teething or travel or literally any of the bumps that happen that set you back to day one, you miss the money back guarantee. But turns out if I wanted tips on coping with sickness, turns out I need to spend ANOTHER huge chunk of cash for the Bumps Along the Way package. We also couldn't fix early wakeups due to napping issues, and that is ALSO not included in the very expensive course and needs to be purchased for extra. We aren't wealthy enough to afford a home that has a room for everyone, baby had to be with us. So we were desperate for any tips and help, and spent everything we had to get it. I feel duped.”

“I did not like the fact we had to pay more money in order to talk to a phone consultant. There are a few things i would have loved to discuss with someone but refused to pay more money when the current method was not working out.”
