I appreciate the program and accessibility of insights, but ultimately this approach did not work for my child. We implemented everything as outlined and our baby continued to cry every night for 2 months. I reached out for assistance and troubleshooting and was frustrated to learn I would need to pay even more money for a phone consultation. I know this program works for many babies, so we may try to implement again in the future.

Great content but we still ended up hiring a sleep consultant as it was helpful to have someone login to the Nanit and be a live coach alongside side us through the process.

We are on day 6 with no progress yet but hopeful we may see some in the future. We are all quite tired. The videos are great and lay everything out in a very simple, easy to access manner. I also appreciate all the additional videos and considerations that are included.

While there was some helpful information in the lessons I purchased, I wish I would have known that she was suggesting to cry it out. That just doesn't work with my baby and our family and I would have saved that money.

It was basically the Ferber method and still made you cry it out with your baby, which it’s advertised as no crying

The videos were very helpful and the set up of the program is easy to use. However the actual method hasn’t worked that great for us. We’ve been doing it for well over a month and my son is still crying for multiple separate hours throughout the night. The course doesn’t really tell you how to fix the long term issues so we’ve been struggling with that. Also it says that there’s minimal crying however there were a lot of tears shed for about 10 days from my son and from me. Heart breaking

I didn't get the opportunity to use it on my baby. My baby started sleeping through the night on his own.

Can you provide some basic general knowledge around babies however she seems to provide contradicting advice which makes it difficult to navigate. Ultimately we were able to find a way to help our baby sleep by sleep training per our pediatrician recommendation.

After 6 weeks of following this program I am starting to see the results that I was told I'd be seeing after 2 weeks. While technically it worked, I still feel a bit misled and it's been much more difficult that I was led to expect.

I loved cara and she was extremely helpful on her instagram and online course. As a first time mom I think I had expectations that my baby would sleep like the babies in her videos did and he def didn’t! I think all babies are different.

The classes have been so helpful as well as Cara on ig everyday ! I’ve had two phone consults, with two different Kristen’s. The first consult was very helpful, but the second consult wasn’t. Seemed like she wanted to get off the phone and didn’t provide any new information

I bought Cara’s newborn course and did learn a lot. However, I did find that it focused on “good” babies and wasn’t super helpful for my colicky baby who fights sleep. It stresses wake windows but there aren’t a lot of suggestions for babies who truly will not go to sleep. I also found a lot of her info on the blog and think I probably didn’t need to buy the course. It definitely had some helpful hints and if you have a good baby who doesn’t cry and sleeps easily to begin with, it will be helpful for you!

We want you to see more success! If you continue to have a hard time, please email us at info@takingcarababies.com to chat with our team of expert sleep consultants who would love to help you you with next steps.

The toddler class was well-designed but seemed better suited for younger toddlers (maybe 18 months-2-years-old). If this class were available when our son was that age we would have bought it then, but he is now 3-years-old and left his crib a while ago due to safety issues we were having. He destroys his bedroom at night and throws things at our heads when we interfere. We needed more information on how to deal with those types of issues in this training. We did Cara's newborn class, 3-4 month class and the ABCs of Sleep in the past.

It would be helpful if there were a class only for twins with more content. The class was a big investment, but provided little for twin mothers, especially those of us who already had the room setup. I was able to utilize your helpful tips for my circumstances, but had to be creative and make several changes. Having twins after 4 singletons often made me feel like a first time mom. Sleep training my singletons was much different than twins. Ultimately, the course was very helpful and I think it have me the confidence I needed. The twins are sleeping great! If I hadn't taken the course, I may have made the mistake of not enforcing nap time. I mistakingly thought they didn't need a nap.

The content is solid but it’s expensive and I don’t think your access to it should expire after a certain period. If I’m paying a premium for something I expect to have access for a longer period of time. I was also hoping to have a quick sleep consultation but when I realized how expensive it was decided against it.

I should start by saying there was nothing I disliked about these courses, rather I just didn’t feel they changed the way I was taking care of my baby. I’m a first time mom with no baby experience, but I felt that we were already utilizing a lot of the tips and tricks in these videos. Granted, my baby is 9 weeks and we didn’t have any major sleep issues since birth, so maybe our baby is just a “good sleeper”, but she seems pretty typical. I will say, Taking Cara Babies came highly recommended to me by several friends, so I know these courses must be helpful to many. However, in my personal experience, it didn’t really change the sleep habits or routine of taking care of my baby.

I give her a 3/5 as we found her newborn course to be helpful to get our baby sleeping for naps however once we tried her 3/4 month bundle it did not work for our baby. The plan overstimulated our baby which caused him to have 2 hour wakes in the middle of the night. We personally will recommend the newborn course but not the other courses.

I enjoyed this class was easy to follow and understand something’s, overall my baby did not really benefit from this as he did not enjoy being swaddled and this whole course is tailored to having your baby swaddled. I did learn some great tips but my baby did sleep very well maybe this course was just not for me.

I did the will i sleep again course. This did not work for my baby. I wish there were more options to work one on one with someone at a reasonable rate. Decent information, but did not work for us.
