“a good deal the customer service team replies a bit late, but they are really helpful. based on the price and the quality I will definitely use this website again. Although the delivery time is not impressive.”

“Product saving of £70 compared with main online retailers. Item very good but way over expected delivery time even taking COVID-19 into consideration. I think it's still worth the wait.”

“I was very worried after looking at various reviews that implied that Techinthebasket was dodgy, but after receiving my IPad within 5 days, I can confirm that the IPad is real which I saved ££ on getting. Please purchase with caution but I will use Techinthebasket again.”

“Took 3 weeks to arrive. Also, I was fearful I might have to pay couple of hundred on top of my expensive phone , but smooth delivery via DHL at no extra cost ... I had to give 5 stars just to counter those impatient people's.”

“Order and payment confirmed immediately and informed awaiting dispatched.Shipping traceable. Only complaint was that I could not get an estimated delivery date in advance even though requested by email. Just had to let things take their course.”

“I ordered an IPad for a Christmas gift, which was quite a lot cheaper than any other site. It was meant to be delivered in up to 6 working days. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit concerned so. I emailed and got a response quickly. I received it within about 9 days. Good quality, would have appreciated a confirmation and tracking.”

“FINALLY RECEIVED I was worried by the fact that the tracking number was sent to me but never worked. Luckily, the shipment status showed up in like a week later, the parcel then came in about 2 days. The price and the quality are impressive, guess they just need time to process.”
