“I ordered a Sony headphones after searching the net for the best deal and Techinthebasket has a great one. After reading the reviews of Techinthebasket I was worried I wouldn’t see my order or have trouble contacting them, etc. I emailed them yesterday because it had been 4 days since I ordered. Then I received an email from them saying it had been shipped! And low and behold it had already been delivered this morning! Super happy with the process, only downside is that they didn’t send me a dispatched email until after I emailed them so just bare in mind the lack of email updates. Ignore the bad reviews because I think they are people who have had bad luck.”

“Was slightly skeptical about ordering from Techinthebasket because of the reviews. But the nice price for a pair of Airpods Pro was tempting enough to try it. They came two days later and are 100% legit. I loved the service so much that I went back and ordered a case for my new pods. I have no experience with their customer service as nothing went wrong.”

“I have used techinthebasket twice now and last purchased a Samsung Note over the new year. The truth of this company is that you are buying items at often 20-40% reduction but you may have to wait for longer than Amazon.”

“Ordered a pair of the AirPods Pro on the 22nd. Arrived on the 26th! Great packaging and a sealed box. All genuine as I checked the Serial Number. Was kept updated on the process and delivery. Would definitely recommend and order off this site again! :)”

“satisfied I have been reading these reviews after I placed my order, I was worried that they say the order will never come, but to my surprise, the parcel came in 3 days! I'm really impressed and the earphones work perfectly, not sure why this seller has so many bad reviews but I will surely come back again.”

“After seeing all the negative reviews I’m not gonna lie, it did put me off. But I got my product even quicker than the estimated delivery date. Product is as described. Hooked it up to apple to do an update and everything is working as should. I would actually recommend!!”

“I bought a pair of Apple Airpods (2nd generation) on the Thursday, they came the Saturday morning. Perfect condition, brand new, sealed and I checked the serial number on the Apple website to check they're legit (which they obviously were) and to initiate my 1 year apple warranty. 10/10 Experience.”

“I never write reviews, however I felt compelled to having seen the range of reviews left here for Techinthebasket. I (somewhat sceptically, but knowing I would be protected if I purchased using a credit card) ordered an Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS, 40mm) - Gold Aluminium with Pink Sand Sports Band from Pricelulu. Whilst shipping wasn't the fastest, the watch arrived in good order and was exactly as expected; albeit it was an American model - which makes no difference to functionality.”

“I ordered Apple Airpods on 18/12/2000. Even though I was informed that the item would arrive within 6-11 working days, I was also informed that there could be delays over the Christmas period. When they hadn't arrived by 10/01/2021, I emailed the company. I received a courteous and helpful reply and the item was delivered 3 days later. Very pleased with the outcome and the product. I would buy from this company again without hesitation. Great service!”

“I ordered my 12inch iPad Pro on sale end of November and was hit by lockdown and courier issues. Techinthebasket was great, updating me as to delays and revised delivery dates and even offering money back if I couldn’t wait. They assured me that I’d get it before Christmas AND I DID! Made a great surprise gift for my family member. Will recommend them!”
