“Item good value and hard to get anywhere else. Paid for 1st class but don't think it was dispatched immediately (on their system as dispatched but no tracking so obviously not picked up or dropped off at Post Office). However, when messaged, they were quick to respond and helpful. It turned up a couple of days after expected. Good value, good customer service - just need to tighten up that dispatch detail.”

“They didn't send me the return postage of item that was sent to me incorrectly. I contacted them on numerous occasions over the last couple of weeks and was told I would be reinbursed but I am still waiting. I never had a problem with them in the past but then again I never had to return anything.”
