“I ordered what was offered as an 'Official Apple Magic 2 Wireless Keyboard' but was sent one with Norwegian symbols on it. Problem No.1 - Dishonest and false representation of a product. It was returned via recorded delivery and signed for on the 7th February. Problem No. 2 - It took several emails (don't bother calling as they never answer) to get my money refunded 13 days later on the 20th February. Lesson learned - Low price does not guarantee quality and this company are definitely not quality.”

“Had an order where an item was missing and sent as 2nd class postage instead of first class. Got in touch with the support team. Replied within 1 hr. Sorted instantaneously. Received item in first class in 2 days. Made lots of orders so far but only 1 mistake which was rectified immediately and professionally. Would highly recommend anyone to shop from Doohickey.”
