“my iphone 6s does not permit remote charging. something that was not made clear when I bought it. it needs a pad to be attached to the phone which makes it the same as attaching a normal lead. I have returned the item for a full refund. please confirm that it has been received.”

“My first order last month and my parcel has just arrived today. After 7 working days, I contacted them. In fairness, they did reply quite quickly to say they had received my email. Today I had an email from me offering to refund or re-order but, luckily I was out this morning and the parcel was at home when I arrived. Very long winded but, got there in thr end.”
