“The order came fast, and the product is good. However, there are some problems with the fact that the instructions and box is in another language. And the usb connector for the phone, broke off with my phone in so it cracked a glass screen protector”

“All was good apart from the dispatch. Their websites states "Same day dispatch". I ordered on the 28th December. I get this is over the Christmas period, but the "same day dispatch" icon should be removed if they can't do it. Or at the very least, have a warning message on checkout saying shipping will be delayed due to the Christmas period. My item wasn't actually dispatched until the 3rd January, almost a week after I ordered it. Which was a lot later than I expected. Apart from that, my experience was good.”

“Good sound quality headphones, very durable, the only issue is that the volume buttons don't work. This is my second time buying headphones from this company and the same issue has occurred. However they work, they're cheap and I would recommend them!”
