“I ordered what was shown on the website but received a substitute that I could have got for 1/3 price elsewhere. The delivery took longer than promised. Tried emailing them before I wrote this but my security protection said it was an unsafe address and blocked it”

“Everything seemed fine , thank goodness you sold it at a reasonable price. The full APPLE price was extortionate . I would have returned it. There was no screen cover ( you said) but the actual APPLE price. !!!!”

“I received the goods (an Apple keyboard) which was intended as a present, however the quality was poor. It had dents in the corners from inadequate packaging, broken seals, no instructions or USB lead and signs of use (including someone else's hair - hopefully not pubic?). So I sent it back for a refund however they then denied having received it. Luckily I had proof of postage and receipt so after some emails arguing about my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations they eventually refunded me. I would wholly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY. Waste of time and dishonest.”
