“Very disappointed, bought a phone recharger which stopped working after four months. I reported this and their response was 'Tough, it was guarenteed for three month so not our problem'. I expected much more.”

“Ordered an Apple Magic Keyboard 2 but the one I received wasn't new. Keyboard wasn't sealed, cable had been unwrapped before etc. Not impressed. Return process okay. Had today for postage and was told hatI will receive refund for postage too, which I am still waiting on.”

“Generally happy with the ear pods, not sure if they are genuine Apple as I tried listening to the same song on my old and new pairs and noticed a difference. It seems to me that the ear pods don’t reach the levels of treble the originals did, which is a little disappointing.”

“My package was dispached the next day after ordering. It was exactly what I ordered. My only problem was delivery but this was with Royal Mail. Due to the present climate (covid 9) everthing is running late. Hence 4 stars. Terry”

“Delivery arrived on time and apeared in good condition. The sound is good and the ear pieces are so comfortable in my ears, but the remote controler does not work very well unfortunatly. There seems to be some overlap between the button for hanging up and lowering the volume.”

“Phone battery delivered was not the NFC Samsung type ordered. Doohickey did send the correct type but unfortunately both batteries supplied lost charge far quicker than the original problem unit. They did offer a refund if I returned the batteries but that is when I found out it is illegal to send lithium batteries in the post so it looks like a dodgy deal all round. Not worth the risk of dealing with Doohickey if goods are suspect. Try a phone shop outlet.”
