“Headphones are great, there was some issue with delivery, but this might be because I haven't specified the company name. Contact regarding resending the item was very quick and clear, so all good at the end, I'm very happy about the headphones! Thank you!”

“Last time i returned an item, i only recieved received half a refund and despite the continuous contact saying i never received the rest, i still never got the remainder of the refund. Decided to purchase something again a few months later hoping that it was a one off, as never had issues before. Then this time i dont even recieve my order and was told to wait a couple more days, depsite already waiting over a week and paying for first class delivery (1-3 days)! So I've asked for a full refund this time and wont be shopping here again and will be taking things further if i dont receive a refund in full this time”

“I was skeptical of ordering from this company because of many negative reviews online. I took a gamble and my experience has been all positive. I received a confirmatory email about my order and dispatch of the item and I received it very quickly. It was a genuine Samsung 'phone cover and it was a third of the price advertised by other traders. All good...are the other reviews unfair or has the company now got its act together?”
