I am disappointed by my service with Tesco Bank. On the statements they often don't tell you who has paid you (or nee paid by you). You are just given a whole series of numbers but no name. I recently had a case of fraud and Tesco promptly repaid me and cancelled and replaced my debit card. BUT after some 4 weeks yet another fraudulent payment was taken using the cancelled card! I have not used the new card but no pay by cash or cheque. Bernard Pearson.

felt Tesco car insurance is over priced. got renewal from they and gone up. no claims has been made and paid on time. very upset customer. will be switching providers.
