“I am disappointed by my service with Tesco Bank. On the statements they often don't tell you who has paid you (or nee paid by you). You are just given a whole series of numbers but no name. I recently had a case of fraud and Tesco promptly repaid me and cancelled and replaced my debit card. BUT after some 4 weeks yet another fraudulent payment was taken using the cancelled card! I have not used the new card but no pay by cash or cheque. Bernard Pearson.”

“Like all car insurances you only find out if it is any good if you have to claim. Luckily this year I have not had to make one so was unable to test this provider. On the down side, at the renewal date, they wanted a 36% increase in premium so I went on the compare web sites and found that the same policy would have been over £50 cheaper than the renewal offer. WHY do these insurers do this? Needless to say I have purchased elsewhere.”
