“I am disappointed by my service with Tesco Bank. On the statements they often don't tell you who has paid you (or nee paid by you). You are just given a whole series of numbers but no name. I recently had a case of fraud and Tesco promptly repaid me and cancelled and replaced my debit card. BUT after some 4 weeks yet another fraudulent payment was taken using the cancelled card! I have not used the new card but no pay by cash or cheque. Bernard Pearson.”

“Like all car insurances you only find out if it is any good if you have to claim. Luckily this year I have not had to make one so was unable to test this provider. On the down side, at the renewal date, they wanted a 36% increase in premium so I went on the compare web sites and found that the same policy would have been over £50 cheaper than the renewal offer. WHY do these insurers do this? Needless to say I have purchased elsewhere.”

“i found the customer service was of a very high standard very polite and helpful when phoning for information and tesco has very good prices for car insurance would recommend to family and friends. the car insurance documents are very simple and clear to read() written in plain english) my old car insurance documents were complicated and there was alot of paperwork to read that i did not understand i do not have that problem with tesco insurance. i will use tesco insurance again. thank you to the polite staff i have spoken to.”

“No problem with the insurance company, however when I took out the insurance there was a promotion which said I would be entitled to tescos points. This never happened. I chased this up with tesco and was told that when my policy was taken out they did not have this promotion and told me that it could only have been a promotion that the comparison company I used were running. Anyway the short of it is I still have not recieved my points. Since this happened I have been unable to sleep, I am depressed and often think of suicide. How can you livewith your selves , my life is over.”
