“They answer phone very quick no automated system wasting my time.Recentley changed cars and whilst I owned two cars for two days both where insured no extra cost.Very clear advice on my new vehicle insurance & documents arrived two days later.”

“Once I put in for my claim it was very slow they did not let me now how they were dealing with my claim and how long it would take they never called me I had to keep calling them to ask to see hale long it would before It got copleted”

“When I took out this insurance with Tesco bank I was supposed to receive a free gift from GoCompare. When I queried why I hadn't received the free gift, GoCompare told me I never took the policy out through them. Go figure!”

“Very knowledgable staff and customer service. All my queries and questions were answered in one quick and easy call. Although to date, I have not needed to claim, I have been very impressed with Tesco. Only disappointment - no Tesco points awarded for purchase as with almost every other Tesco department!!”
