Absolutely horrendous service. I placed an order in December and tracking showed delivered on 6th Jan. It was not delivered or left with neighbours. After contacting their customer service team 8 times there was mixed responses from; it was delivered, take up with delivery company, not left the warehouse, on it's way. Not 1 person could clarify. The parcel finally arrived over a month later. I returned the item over a month ago now and still have not had a refund. Again I've emailed several times with various responses again; not received, past returns date, order not in my name so can not reapond (it was in my name so I sent them the confirmation), to now being called George and them asking how they can help?! This is still ongoing

Diabolical non existent service. Orders placed, paid for next day delivery and after a week my order was cancelled. Tessuti did not communicate anything. I have placed several orders in the last few months and I will not be ordering from them or any company affiliated with JD Sports Plc. I have complained numerous times and they just ignore you. Very happy to take your money but when you want it back, they seem to be less than willing. I sent something back after I ordered something incorrectly which managed to get “lost.” I contacted Tessuti numerous times and then miraculously, my return had been located. Do not order. If something goes wrong, you will be waiting a long time for a response unless you threaten them with legal action, then they seem to be at your beck and call. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusted paid £50 for T-shirt for a Childs birthday not received it three emails no reply no phone number to get in contact scam then read Facebook reviews omg no one are reviving there orders , phoning trading standards

Awful company.Badges came off Barbour jacket,13 phone calls made to customer service,5 requests to speak to manager and absolutely nothing done.Shall i just throw my jacket in the bin eh Tessuti?Is that your solution?What a bunch of scumbags!!! Do not buy anything from them people!!!😡Very annoyed!!

They are excellent at taking your money ... and keeping it. Terrible at giving it back. I can't even begin to go over the myriad emails, phone calls, etc., I've made trying to get a refund for a couple of items. Their own links don't work, nor do their QR codes. And their own Royal Mail label! Tracking keeps telling me they tried to deliver and no one was there. On another item, they email to tell me they have issued a PayPal refund, supposed to be immediate, and 2 days later it's not there. They keep saying they're short of staff and everyone's working from home. So, is that an excuse? If you can't run your business and website, close it. AVOID, AVOID.

Abysmal service. Ordered product, didn’t arrive within the 5-7 days promised. Contacted them to be told my order hadn’t gone through despite them sending confirmation email and debiting my card. A month later and after numerous emails, I’ve still not had the refund I was promised despite the goods never having left their warehouse. Last email I saw me back at square one as they asked me for all my order details again despite all the information being on the existing email chain. Customer service mailbox now says it is full and my messages can’t be delivered. Do not order from this company unless you are content to be ripped off.

Very quick delivery items where spot on i had to check to see if was really designer due to be so cheap very happy will defo order again

NEVER AGAIN. My order came and it was the wrong product sent an email to them twice haven’t heard nothing done a returns form on their website which sent me a scanner for when I send it off turns out the scanner what they sent is for jd returns So it’s not even going to them so now I’m stuck with sort of money thanks.

This company have no concept of customer service. An order on the the 19th of December still not arrived and email after email of lies. Phone them and auto system tells you the order is with the courier and a link will be sent in seconds...nothing. Then on hold for 11 minutes when the music cuts and you are left with what sounds like an open line, then the line is cut. Auto chat tells me I should have the order delivered by the 24th December!! Countless emails telling me it is waiting for the courier, then it hasn't been picked yet, then it is with the courier and I can't get a refund, just don't accept the order ,then it has been lost in transit and they are refunding me even though part of the order is still available on line. Then the ultimate insult..a 10% reduction on my next order with a value over £100!!!! ANYBODY CAN GET THIS ONLINE!!!! I will pursue this company for the rest of my natural life or until they get me my order or a suitable alternative.

They have scammed me, sent me wrong item so I returned, i even have an email saying they have received the item. Its been 20 days now and still no refund and ignoring my emails.

Took my money (£100) in store for a home delivery, product never delivered - they admitted this as an error on their part. They won’t send it out now and only way to get my £100 back is to go back in store - although shops shut due to lockdown so I can’t. So unhelpful and online service staff are very poor.

Still waiting for my order almost a month and still has not arrived! Quick to take over £200 worth of purchase but unable to dispatch the items on time before Christmas l! Other websites/stores have been able to do so. What is going on?

Still waiting for my order. Keep asking what the delay is and keep getting the same answer saying sorry for the delay and please be assured blah blah blah. Just tell me if it’s out of stock or give me a reason for the delay. I’m cernit one but assured

Ordered my wife's new coat and a few more bits totaling to 450 pounds on the 16th of november for her birthday on the 25th of november, also paid for 2 day delivery, it's now the 6th of December and I've repeatedly emailed and asked but nothing is happening, in been egnored and it's not even going to be here for xmas by the looks of things
