“The experience was great and efficient I wasn’t happy with the return though, I sent the item back to the shop and the refund wasn’t equal to the price I paid for. The credit to my account was done but not the amount taken from my bank when I made the purchase.”

The person doing the picking, aren't they suppose to check if they putting the correct sizes inside the customers bags. And it was from Mall of Africa thank you.”

Some things came later than the 3-5 working day period promised. Some items had to be delivered twice because they were sent to the wrong address the first time and yet the right address was on the items. Some items in the order were the wrong items(not the ones ordered e.g. the nail Polish. One product was advertised as a Pearl drop necklace but has no actual (fake or real) pearls in it. Overall a very weird online shopping experience that I don’t think I’ll ever repeat.”
“I was disappointed to receive a broken mirror upon delivery, but the exchange process and experience in store was seemless. Please consider delivering mirrors as you do with furniture as the furniture delivery guys are more careful. These RAM guys drive very rough which may be the reason the mirror broke.”
