“It’s really frustrating to buy a product only to be refunded because you can’t find it in stores..please check if the stock is still available before advertising the product or remove it as soon as it clears”
“Good looking shoe but unfortunately wasn't what I was looking for. It actually hurt my toes and had to return it. But overall wasn't a bad shoe..it just didn't fit my foot shape. That's what happens when you buy a shoe online and not in-store.. you won't know the fit of the shoe if you buy online. I love Adidas and will buy this brand above any other brand :-)”

It was extremely easy buying from bash. It was very hard returing parcel, as we did not have the shop from where clothing was purchased in town. I still do not know if my account was credited as the parcel was returned”
“My overall experience was average. Foschini packed one incorrect item in my order and it still had a security tag attached to it. I had to drive to a store to get it removed which was inconvenient and defeats the purpose of online shopping. I was also unable to get the correct item as it was no longer in stock. I basically paid and had to settle for something I did not want. Furthermore, the driver from the courier service was extremely rude.”
