“The items were perfect but the delivery was horrible. I live in an estate. I received a message to say that items were out for delivery. The same day I received a message to say it was collected by me.
I did not receive the parcel. It was left at the concierge in the estate but the message said it was received by me. It was very difficult to locate the parcel.
In future please can the delivery people get the correct name of the person that received the parcel as well as the ID number so that it is easy to locate if lost”
“I had a great experience when placing an order and tracking it, but when it came to delivering it was a hustle your couriers do not use the address we put on the order they call and ask for directions, they nearly went back with my order complaining about they were in a township it is not safe for them and please pack the clothes separately next time so thst they do not stain each other thank you”
