“It was a lovely evening, helped by the weather. The boat was quite comfortable though I was told that it was very hot inside downstairs, I was very happy upstairs. I did feel that there wasn't enough food to go around, despite thinking that I had ordered generously and also found the 'dressed bar' aspect a little underwhelming, I had imagined these to be more plentiful than they were. Staff were great and adapted to the weather by bringing up buckets of beer and wine, this should probably be considered from the start of the evening. All in all, everyone had a great time. Thanks. “as planned and paid for, all went well except: Birthday Flag sent by my daughters was not on display neither prow or aft of vessel as agreed. No Balloons were festooned as paid for by my daughters. and Static interference was not resolved on the vessel so half the cruise was without background music from PA system. Some of Warm Bowl food was cold and without any seasoning, such as the meatballs and the mini burgers.”

“Thames Luxury Charters was very helpful in setting up the event and worked with us when there were a few snags. However, on the day there was confusion about who was our point of contact and we were given the incorrect POC and contact number.. it took us a half-hour to get on the boat to set up, which you can imagine was stressful. Once on the boat, however, the staff and crew were super helpful and friendly. So thank you for that!”

“The boat was lovely absolutely perfect for the celebration, the staff were very good, food excellent and the the DJ I organised independently was extremely good. It all went perfectly well however, there was a bit of a touch and go situation to start with as the boat had to wait until it's slot was free at the dock before everyone could get on board, I was holding Tony back on the bridge talking a load of rubbish about the technical details of the London Eye construction.... He still hadn't realised what had been arranged and it still remained a surprise. Thank you for all and Plamena. Regards Lucy”

“The boat was a bit late as so therefore the guest could not board as planned. However after keeping my husband occupied with the views around, he boarded and was greeted by friends and family. The food was excellent and the staff were absolutely wonderful but, there was a lady with blonde hair in a pony tale who completed ignored me did not make herself known until she said to my husband who's b'day it was, this plate with food on it is for the captain and that was that !! Other than a few other small things it was a great afternoon, thank you. Lucy Hallett”

“Drinks should have been served downstairs as well as upstairs. Canapes nice but more substantial bowl food not just soups would have been a good idea. Some staff were not as helpful as they could have been Overall very enjoyable event and good quality and positive experience”
