“I had an excellent experience - Aziz was fun, patient, rigorous, gave me loads of good advice and useful tips to remember things and he was also reassuring and I feel very well equipped to deal with the hectic Central London traffic O Mackay”

“My instructor, James Robertson, was so good that I personally believe he gave the AA a good name. He was punctual, polite but firm and very reassuring! His instructions were always clear and easy to understand. The money I paid for my lessons was money well-spent. Thank you, AA and James.”

“Well, what can I say apart from 'absolutely fantastic'? The driving instructor I had (based in Preston) was called Karl Thomas and an astounding gent at that. In total I only had eight two hour lessons, and a final two hours including the test. I personally did over 1,000 miles learning in a friends car too, which help tremendously. I passed with one minor fault.”

“I recently passed my driving test first time thanks to my instructor Uma. I had around 3 months worth of 2 hour lessons with BSM/AA. The teaching standard by my instructor in the West Midlands was really good and I picked up everything very fast thanks to this structure. Only difficulty I had was that because it’s a franchise, the 67 plate Peugeot that I was using was changed to a 69 plate two weeks before my test (not the instructors fault!) so I had to figure out and get used to an electric handbrake but this didn’t take long. Overall great experience.”
