“Exceptional! I placed my order on Dec 22, it was shipped out same day, and delivered on the 28th! I had zero expectations for a quick delivery considering the holiday, I am so impressed! To top it off, the watch I ordered is perfection. Thank you so much!”

“Mr Smith. I reached out to Theresa Green to thank her for her outstanding customer service. She was excellent. I thanked her even when I thought the purchase I made would not make it in time for Christmas but Theresa somehow made it happen. The package arrived and I was extremely impressed. “Black bow answered me immediately via email when I told them I had not yet received my package. Theresa sent me all the shipping info plus the tracking number which I took to the post office. Without that number, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my package and my husband would gave been without a Christmas gift. Thank you for such great customer service! I will order from you before any other company with comparable merchandise. Smart business move to hire customer oriented employees like Theresa!”

I personally was surprised at just how much quality was built into my watch, as I did not purchase the most expensive. I figured it would be a good watch for the money...yet it has exactly what I would find in the more expensive models. “Beautifu. Quality piece, i was actually very skeptical about purchasing jewelry online. Lucky i went with the black bow jewelry co. Because they did not disappoint. I received my sterling silver 8mm x 30 men's chain in under a week. Price was reasonable. The bow could of been tied better, (lol) but that's my only complaint!”
