CS Is totally terrible can't cancel the order even they ship to wrong address before the package delivery and even the package is lost there is customer responsibility what kind of company doing online business like this they should stop doing online business it's totally wrong

Every time I go into the website it doesn't accept my password. I have innumerable passwords written in my password book as I keep having to change. It is one of the most difficult sites to manage. While I love their products and find the staff in their nearest branch super helpful I live in the sticks and the nearest shop is twenty odd miles plus away on a limited bus route.

Unable to place an order! The website would not let me enter my payment info and kicked me out to the tell me my payment was “rejected” HOW CAN THE PAYMENT BE REJECTED IF I EVEN DID NOT ENTER IT?!!!! I was told to wait 7 days. Very frustrating and ridiculous.

Their website site says order by 3pm EST (which I did) and you'll receive your package in 3-7 business days. Well my package is going to be late by 5 whole days according to that estimate and they won't even refund me the cost of shipping. It was supposed to be a gift and I had to show up to the party empty handed. When I called customer service they put the blame on me, saying I should have also accounted for an additional 48 hours for processing?? Why wouldn't they just change it to 5-9 business days then? Blatantly misinforming customers. I wouldn't have ordered if I had the REAL information. I've bought from them for a long time but always in person— what bad customer service.

I ordered white musk perfume 5th Jan paid next day delivery still waiting sat 8th of Jan sent email no response. Object to paying for next day .Then not receiving it !!!!!!

I ordered an advent calendar Nov 19th, based on 6-10 days deliver, it has not shown up yet and its Dec 7th. Customer service has not helped out at all, and I have an upset teenager now. I just requested a refund.

I have had the wrong items delivered. As there was no response to the email for 48 hours I called them. I wasn’t listened to and told they would email a response. This was sent, another 36 hours later saying exactly what I was disagreeing with and asking me to return their items before they will send me mine through a store (all of the ones I used have been closed) or the post office. Big brother tactics. As the parcel is heavy I asked if they could arrange a courier - this fell on deaf ears. I have to sort it myself before I receive my goods that I have paid for and not received. Better to apologise, send me my goods and then ask for theirs to be returned in due course - they have my account details if I don’t! Very poor customer service and after years of using them, despite a hopeless website I don’t think I will be using them in future.

Ordered an item online, did not arrive, shipping was updated to arrive at a later date, still did not arrive, 2 emails into customer support about when i might see the item, no reply, notified customer service in the email I would like a refund of my purchase if they can't give me an expected arrival date, no reply.

I ordered an item in the cyber Monday sale and it went through to the page that confirms your order after paying but I realised today that I never received a confirmation email. I got in touch with them about this and all they could say is they can’t find anything about my order and therefore cannot do anything about it and want me to pay £64 for an item that I got for £20 yesterday. Definitely seems like a scam on there half if not just a horrendous website that doesn’t know how to place an order correctly and awful customer service.

Body shop sent me the wrong order. They will not send me packaging to return items and will not send out my items until they receive the incorrect order. So I have to find packaging, return item via the post office and then wait for my correct order to arrive. Hopefully before 1st of December when needed as a gift. Not helpful!

Expect 1 month+ shipping time and zero customer service I bought moisturizer cream for my family who will be traveling abroad. I expected the items to arrive on time. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Items ordered on 11/4/2021. Seller advertised 3-7 day shipment. As of now 11/20/2021, items still not received and continually getting delayed. Customer service representatives are useless, refused to change shipment, resend item, or issue refund. Obnoxious repetition of “I am sorry” and “I understand” by the customer service representative on the phone resulted in zero change in this transaction. As of now, item continued to get delayed. No help. I’m demanding a full refund for this transaction.

I was sent an email containing a “15% off everything” voucher code that was valid for 8 weeks. I tried using the discount within the 8 week time frame but it didn’t work, the website advised it was an invalid code. When I contacted the Body Shop, I was advised I couldn’t use the voucher for certain products! This was definitely not in the small print of the voucher, feel like the company has been completely misleading. I certainly will not be purchasing anything else again from this company and I would not recommend them.

Was sold a eye liner after claiming that it could never smear as its too good and if anything happens the sales girl would resign and so on so forth. I used the eye liner confidently but when I came back home, I screamed as the eye liner was all over my eyes making my eye circles black. Moreover, when I went back to complain, nobody was there to attend us as the only sales girl was busy enticing the cream of the city. Pathetic product with even more pathetic customer service.

Fooling customers in the name of natural products! I'd ordered a body polish & it has Sulphate in it. Also its Vit E serum oil & Tea Tree oil are pathetic. Overpriced with no results. Making my skin even more dull.

I m having the most awfully distressful time with their customer service. I have never dealt with such a disrespectful unconsidered and honestly intellectually limited bunch of people . They were supposed to deliver my products via Hermes. Hermes has just marked the transaction as delivered and put a picture of some box in front of some door that is mot mine, not my neighbour’s and not even the same door number on the adjacent streets: I searched! I contacted them with no luck obviously but that’s another story. I contacted The body shop afterwards, as it s not really my problem their currier issues and retarded mailmen: I had already spent a lot of time trying to find my parcel. They said to me on the phone: sure, ok, we ll resend the order with Express mail, it will be with you by Monday. Fair enough or so I thought! 1h later i receive an email saying, we won’t do anything unless you sign a letter where you basically swear on your honor you haven’t received the parcel. I own an ios device and have no printer so i open the word document and use an app to type my name, explain to them i have no printer and send it back. and then they said they can’t open the file so asked me to send an image. so i go take a screen picture and resend it but then no response. I chase twice and the next day i m told i need to sign the document with a pen or they won’t do squad and oh btw they can’t guarantee they can resend anything with other than Hermes (that express mail they told me on the phone was all BS), and of course this is only if I print and sign the bloody paper. I am now supposed to find a printer in lockdown it seems or they will just keep my money and fo nothing, just like that. And to add a bit of zest to the whole screwing up process these people can’t even grasp my name right even though it s all over the whole correspondence! To this day my money is gone, my product i don’t think i will ever receive and my mental health is damaged!

Ordered an item online which was intended as a Christmas gift, but it never arrived. I emailed the Body Shop's customer service, explaining the situation and received an automated email, promising that I would hear back from them within 72 hours. 1 week later and there was no reply. I messaged them again, same automated response, but no reply still a further 2 weeks on! The live chat on their website is awful too. The staff member was unable to help, despite saying that I should be entitled to the item, they just kept telling me to send an email Terrible customer service.

Cannot get through on any number or on chat. Placed my order but it would not let me pay. They confirmed my debit card details so I'm worried because I clicked oay 7 times. Can't reorder by phone either because they don't answer.
