“We were very happy with the service received. The staff were so friendly and the whole process is so easy and efficient. We ordered online, at first we did not qualify for the free travel as the initial order was around £200 so we arranged our own. Once there we amended our order and then did qualify and were given the choice of free travel to be used within a year or to be reimbursed there and then by taking the travel costs off the bill. The staff were so accommodating in adding to and changing our order and did not expect them to reimburse us for the ferry ticket. We did not try the tasting area but you could see it was a very professional set up. Would thoroughly recommend using the super store and will ourselves again.”

“Very efficient, order on-line and collect just 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel terminal and much cheaper than UK prices with an excellent selection. I would've been even happier if they sold quality Belgian beer i.e. Duvel, Rodenbach etc.”

“The whole process of ordering and relying on The Calais Wine Superstore to arrange the Channel crossing and have our order already loaded on a trolley worked out very well indeed. The staff was extremely helpful and even helped us, as elderly customers, by loading our wine into the booth of our car. Well done! John”

“The whole system from pre order to picking up is very easy . Even when you add more to the order when you are there. The fact that you can also taste the wine is great (or so my wife thinks as I am the driver) as then you know what you are getting. We have been going now for several years and will continue to. Great team look after you well. Thanks again”

“I have used Calais wine superstore many many times over the past several years. I always pre-order my purchases, that way I don't have to walk up and down the aisles looking for my selection. Whether I have used their booking the return tickets or their money off the total voucher they have always come through exactly as I have requested every time. I would give them a 100% rating. Plus they give change in sterling, so you don't end up with a couple of pounds of useless euro's in my pocket.”
