“When I first saw this offer I thought it was too good to be true - but it was on the level; warehouse easy to find, fantastic choice of wine, great tasting room, helpful, unpushy staff, cheap wine and free return on the tunnel - what is there not to like! Have already recommended it to friends and we will be returning.”

“I'm always going to find wines and beers I know at great prices, and I'm going to find interesting wines I didn't know- with a tasting room to try them. A great place I can rely o. For good service, fair dealing, with really helpful people to help you. By all means try other places in Calais, but make sure you always start here. There isn't really any need to go anywhere else.”

“The staff are always helpful and cheery. The range of products caters for just about everybody. It is only five minutes from the Port area of Calais. In fact I hope to paying another visit in just about one weeks' time.”

“My son in law and I visited the store having used your free channel crossing ticket. We travelled in my Audi A6 and were buying a lot of wine, in fact 45 cases. The member of staff on the till asked if I had enough room in the car and offered to allow me to pack the car prior to paying, ensuring I only paid for what I could take in the car. I gave her my UK driving licence whilst I packed the car. I thought this was very helpful, hence my five star rating!”

“We've used Calais Wine roughly twice a year for the last five or six years. Their range of reasonably priced wines, particularly French produce, has made it a very worthwhile day out, especially as they pay for the ferry or tunnel crossing. I estimate that we make a roughly 50% saving compared to buying wine of a similar quality at UK supermarkets.”
