“Very good comms prior to visit. I have mobility problems so their willingness to load my car was very much appreciated. Their customer service could not be faulted.”

“Consistent and reliable in value for money,plenty of knowledgable and helpful staff ,fast and efficient check out especially considering the size of some orders and the willingness to make up an on line order at very short notice. Excellent selection available for tastings ,and the opportunity to get fringe benefits linked to purchase size- including free channel crossings.Not a criticism as the clue is in the stores name but maybe some more beer variety?”

“We have been using Calais wine store for a few years now. They offer good prices and a wide selection of wines that we like. Also a big bonus is getting the tunnel fare paid which goes a long way to us making our minds up to go to the store. Keep up the good selection and very good prices and we will keep coming.”

“We have been customers of the Calais Wine store for several years. In fact most, if not all of our wine shopping is with them. This is made much easier by the availability to order online and to purchase some old favourites and staple wines and to try some new ones as well. The benefit of the free travel offer by ferry or eurostar is also an important factor as this makes it not only a wine extravaganza but a trip out for the day or for an overnight stay as well. The service is quick and efficient with our order being ready for collection at a time to suit us and providing ample time to visit Auchun supermarche to purchase some items for a picnic along the coast before the return home. All in all an excellent service we look forward to using again and again. Pity they do not provide the picnic as well, but they do have excellent introductions and offers for local restaurants. We also manage to shop in Auchun for a few things for home as well. You cannot beat some french breach and butter, jambon, a selection of fromage, crevettes, muscles and other delights. Even the charcoal is better. Long may Calais Wine remain.”

“It does what it says! We have used Calais Wine Superstore for a long time now and the savings are excellent. We do not pre-order, but commit to spending sufficient to guarantee our crossing (no problem). On our recent visit we purchased good quality wines at a fraction of the UK cost. The benefit of not pre-ordering is that you can sample the wines before choosing your final purchases. We pay by cheque in Sterling - which is cleared immediately and we know what we are paying! In every respect we cannot fault our experiences with Calais Wine Superstore!”

“Our order was on a trolley ready for collection we loaded the car very quickly went back in bought some more to maximise the space and the service was excellent. We are planning our next trip????????????”
