“Always very helpful, nice friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell!!”

“We have been customers of the Calais Wine store for several years. In fact most, if not all of our wine shopping is with them. This is made much easier by the availability to order online and to purchase some old favourites and staple wines and to try some new ones as well. The benefit of the free travel offer by ferry or eurostar is also an important factor as this makes it not only a wine extravaganza but a trip out for the day or for an overnight stay as well. The service is quick and efficient with our order being ready for collection at a time to suit us and providing ample time to visit Auchun supermarche to purchase some items for a picnic along the coast before the return home. All in all an excellent service we look forward to using again and again. Pity they do not provide the picnic as well, but they do have excellent introductions and offers for local restaurants. We also manage to shop in Auchun for a few things for home as well. You cannot beat some french breach and butter, jambon, a selection of fromage, crevettes, muscles and other delights. Even the charcoal is better. Long may Calais Wine remain.”

“It does what it says! We have used Calais Wine Superstore for a long time now and the savings are excellent. We do not pre-order, but commit to spending sufficient to guarantee our crossing (no problem). On our recent visit we purchased good quality wines at a fraction of the UK cost. The benefit of not pre-ordering is that you can sample the wines before choosing your final purchases. We pay by cheque in Sterling - which is cleared immediately and we know what we are paying! In every respect we cannot fault our experiences with Calais Wine Superstore!”

“Our order was on a trolley ready for collection we loaded the car very quickly went back in bought some more to maximise the space and the service was excellent. We are planning our next trip????????????”

“Good selection of wine helpfull staff free wine tasting also a free ferry or eurotunnel trip plus the price of the wine is at least half the uk price .Before the end of the year i will be stocking up again on my last trip to the Calais Wine Store i brought back over 300 bottles ideal presents for my family and i enjoy the trip to France . See you soon .”

“We have used Calais Wine Superstore for a few years now. They are one of the few outlets left in Calais that stock a good range of wines from all over the world at competitive prices. We usually order in advance and the trolley has already been loaded with our wine when we arrive. We usually then take the opportunity to sample some of the wines and buy a few more cases of those we like. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is located very conveniently just off the motorway.”
