“very dissapointed with this company,sent me the wrong size mats and have no way of contacting them as the telephone number advertised does not exist,I wish I had read the reviews before I bought.I seriously question their sense of honour and trust and will let others know of my experience”

“They send me trash quality prdouct where i order luxury mat . I tried to contact them but now they are not interested in there product... i think there is no customer service and i feel really bad after seeing the quality of the product”

“Avoid! They have taken my money and I never received the items. Contacted them at least 5 times and only received a response when I threatened action. That said, the response was useless as I have yet to received the promised car mats nor a refunds. They should not be allowed to get away with this! I have taken further. AVOID!”

“Ordered car mats on 29th April, they took £45 straight away, said 7 days delivery. $th May email from them said a problem with machine and mats would be dispatched following there bank holiday. 11th May still no sign of mats turning up , nor any communication from them. Asked for full refund as they not able to fulfil their commitments. No reply.”

“This company don't deserve even 1 star. I placed an order on 26th April and the money was taken out of my account immediately. Sent an email after the 3-7 days delivery time and told a machine had broken down and the order would be sent that week. Now 17th May and, after 2 further emails with no reply, there are still no mats. PLEASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. DO THEY ACTUALLY EXIST?”

“Same as others, money taken no mats received, did have one email saying there was a delay, but nothing since, and that was weeks ago. Luckily i paid with PayPal so am pursuing it with them. Avoid.”
