Totally unprofessional. 0 customer service. Didn't answer my email. Didn't deliver the goods. But hey, of course they sucked the money from my account.

Really disappointed as the company failed to deliver this item and ignored all my emails. Trying for a refund, but don’t hold out much hope.

Received the wrong goods, ordered mats with Blue Trim to match the car, however I was sent mats with Red Trim, sent an email to the customer service team - no response, completed an on-line message on their website, no response, sent another email to sales email address as to their sales teams email, ad they requested on their feedback email where a negative review might be submitted. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Wrong goods and no customer service ethics. Very disappointing.

Awful communication, never got a reply. Mats turned up 2 weeks late, they are ok. Will not use again.

Woeful company to deal with took my money straight away and the 3-7 working day delivery is a farce.I waited 12 days still no mats tried to get in touch with their customer service what a joke, only when i threatened legal action did they dispach my goods . I sent over 100 emails and they wouldn't answer if they worked on customer relations they might be ok . The mats are fine .

I still haven't received delivery two weeks after placing my order. I emailed The Carmat Company to enquire when I could expect delivery as it had been longer than the advertised seven days but I did not receive a reply. Would not recommend this company.

Sent me the wrong goods. Failed to answer any of my 3 emails requesting replacement. No phone number to call. In all, lousy customer service. To be fair, made a refund when I demanded it. Have subsequently got good mats (much cheaper) from another supplier.

Poor customer service. I was not happy with the car mats and sent them back for a refund over a week ago. I have still not received a refund. And I have not received any response to my emails regarding said missing refund. I will be raising this via PayPal.

First of all I ordered 2 different sets of mats, order 10778 for the Seat XL dont fit, order 10779 for a VXR8 never even arrived yet payment taken. Numerous emails sent and all i got back was ‘please tell me the order number so i can investigate’ which i sent twice, yet nothing. Communication terrible and the company are no longer at the address on their website, no refund no nothing, not happy!

I still have yet to recieve my purchase after 4 days.. I had opted fkr the extra charge for one day delivery. After emailing twice to voice my disapointment and request I get a refund for the one day delivery charge, I don't get a response, yet I do get an email asking me to write a review..

Mats arrived slightly later than expected and the driver's footwell mat didn't fit. Contacted company by email to complain/discuss. It took 2 weeks for them to get back to me, and only after it took a further email to say I would leave a really bad review. Provided confirmation of car make/model/year for company to check. That was more than 2 weeks ago - still no word. I would never use this company again. They take your money but couldn't care less about customer service.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life, AVOID!!! They don't even have a contact number just a email address. My mats were stiched poorly and do not fit my car, and I haven't had any reply about a refund. Looks like IL have to take them to a small claims court.

Can’t give it any stars as I paid and did not receive the item. Couldn’t phone to enquire why I had received part of my order and not this as there isn’t a number on their site to phone only email. One week later and 4 emails sent I’ve had no response from the company. Advice to anyone thinking of buying from them AVOID cos if there’s a problem you probably won’t get a reply.

I bought these expecting them to fit. They came with some strange clips bearing no resemblance to the existing fitments. I emailed the company to ask how I am supposed to fit them. They ignored me but urge me to email them before I submit a negative review ........... what a strange way to win customers
