Good quality mats. Shame they were not able to stick to the delivery period I paid extra for. Disappointing.

Upon receiving my Car Mats I immediately went to place them in my car and found they did not fit. After looking at the attached pictogram that came with the mats it was clear that the mats were not cut to the same spec. I could only get the bottom of the mats onto one post. I immediately emailed Customer Services explaining the issue and sending a photo of the passenger mat and the pictogram to show the difference, I got a response asking for my Car Reg so they could check with the warehouse. On Wednesday 15th August I sent another email asking if they had a response from the warehouse and received no response, I emailed again yesterday 21st August and have still not received a response so I am sending the mats back by courier at my own expense. I am quite frankly a very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. It is very frustrating not to be able to contact the Customer Services Dept by telephone and having to rely on email. Update 04/09/18 After writing this review I received a communication on 22/08/18 from the Company, requesting my Car Registration again saying they would contact the warehouse. It is now the 4th of September I have received no further communication, it took the courier 4 attempts to deliver the mats back to yourselves as you seemed to be closed. If I could amended my rating to from very poor to abysmal I would.

The mats don’t fit!!! The two front mats just aren’t right! I even put my registration number in!! There not custom made for sure.

Not happy at all. The product looks very cheap for a premium version. The distance between the clips is wrong. A better option you can find it at Halfords for the same price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE CAR MAT COMPANY! Reported to local Trading Standards due to the breach of contract, non existent customer service (and no phone number to contact), poor quality mats (when eventually arrived 4 wks later) and joke of a returns/refund policy! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but doubt review will show without it!

Dear Mr Kemp, I am sending this message to notify you of what's happened to your recent order, in aim to provide the truth and to rectify the situation to ensure that you are not out of pocket, and receive the goods that you wish to receive. Four months ago, I started to be blackmailed by my supplier as his aim was to try and gain ownership of my website, due to it's success. Having four children, I could not let this happen, so although I have had to let quite a few customers down (AS SEEN BY MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS)0, I was working hard in the background to ensure that he didn't succeed. I therefore bought a CNC cutting machine, so that I could manufacture the car mats myself, but I have had to beg, steal and borrow, and the carpet supply has taken 4 weeks to arrive. I am now ready to fulfil what I set out to do, and want to fix any issues that my company has created, in order to build back up our reputation, and to provide the service, I would expect to receive myself. I am so sorry for any inconvenience, and please understand that I mean that. I have never aimed to defraud anyone, and I hope that you will use my company in the future. The individual in question has paid several people to make fake orders on my site, so that they can leave negative feedback, resulting in a 30% dip in sales. Shame there isn't a no star.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM. We ordered and PAID for mats to arrive a week ago and still no sign. I've sent 3 email and they just ignore you. We are taking legal action to get a refund

Based from other reviews, there’s a high chance that your order will arrive very late, be incorrect, or won’t arrive at all. What’s more, their customer service seems to be non-existent. I doubt the mats I bought on 21st Jan were posted... Take my advice and pay a few quid more and go with a more reputable company.

The communication and service is very poorly. I made an order and it's been 10 days and not yet delivered. Sent many emails but initial answers very very general and not specifically addressing the query. Seems emails are deliberately not replied as it appears they don't have an item to deliver. I am absolutely not happy with this company and would discourage anyone from buying any products from The Car Mat Company. There is no telephone number to talk to and nor no one would call despite requesting a call back. Seems very dodgy.

After 2 weeks of waiting my mats did not arrive, no response from the website, no response from various emails and no telephone number to contact and speak to an actual person. I asked several times for someone to call me back, no one did. I will expect a full refund!!!!!!! if anyone actually calls me back or contacts me.

Ordered my mats on 16th January and I'm still waiting. Customer service is rubbish and has no contact phone number. If my mats ever do turn up I'll be amazed. Please don't use this company.

They never turned up!! I emailed chasing a week ago and still no one bothered to response. I then emailed again yesterday cancelling the order. Today is working day number 9 since I ordered and still not even dispatched!!! no one to speak to or acknowledge my email! terrible service will not be using again!!!

No delivery day10, no response from the website, direct emails or via Facebook messenger! Abysmal performance!! I broke my own rule of not dealing with a company that doesn't provide a phone number! BIG Mistake!

Wrong mats wrong year, wrong car. I have e-mailed twice and filled in the online 'send us a query form' from the website no one has come back to me. Stuck with mats I can't use and didn't need. Order confirmation had the correct year correct car stated.
