“ECU Pro is just that, they are professional in every way. Before sending the unit I called with a couple (probably stupid) questions, they answered the phone and my questions; not common customer service these days. I packed and sent the parts they needed and received an email notification indicating they had recieved the equipment and laid out the next steps. In just a couple days I received an email confirming the repair was successful, with a video, and that it was being shipped back to me. After re-installing the parts, my '08 335i was back to running strong and smooth. Thank you!”

“I needed the FRM from my 2011 BMW 382i to be re-coded so I did a quick search on Google and found this company. I filled out a quick form and sent it in(across the county), they re-coded it and sent it back within a week. I reinstalled it and everything has been working ever since. Thank you ECU Pro.”

“I am not one to write reviews but this is an exception. I was honestly skeptical about this company. My truck had been down for over 4 months. I came across ECU PRO online. I was so surprised with the outcome and the process. This company is LEGITE ! NO SCAMS They were able to fix my CPC 4 and my truck is running FINE .I was able to get a hold of them right away and they answered all my questions. I received my CPC in 3 days. I would DEFINITELY recommend ECU PRO .”

“The ECU Pro team quickly diagnosed my DME and let me know my crank no start problem was not due to a bad DME. The video they provide of the equipment working is something more people should do in the industry. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who thinks or does have a DME problem. Just as quickly as they diagnosed my DME, they shipped it back just as quick and there is communication throughout the entire process.”

“Had an ecu problem with my 2008 Mercedes c350. Contacted ECU Pro and they found out what the issue was. They recommended a replacement and now my car is working again. If anyone has an ECU issue or problems I would definitely recommend the ECU Pro . Thanks ECU Pro!”

“I had a mostly good experience with ECU Pro. I would definitely use their service again, but only if I had no time constraint. I was expecting around a week turn around, but it was more like two weeks. In addition to this, it was kind of hard to reach them at times, and I wish & would have received more consistent updates. In the end though, my EWS is fixed and my car starts every time, which makes my life so much easier.”
