They helped ensure that it was my FRM that was bad, BEFORE I removed and shipped it. They also have a detailed step-by-step process for the entire repair. “Great serivce and communication. Knew I needed a new FRM from water damage. Did have to wait a few days for a replacement to come in. Was kept up to date on schedule and part worked well after thoroughly cleaning contacts in wiring harness. Video of part in their car gives piece of mind. Would recommend/use again.”
