“This was my first time using or finding out about reprogramming my BMW 48 hours of getting my parts they were done I appreciate the promptness and the video detailing the parts work for your vehicle type I highly recommend this company double the stars and give 10 no lie. “I’m truly impressed with ECU Pro’s efficiency, accuracy, and promptness with their service. Turnaround time was great so we could get this BMW back on the street. “The entire transaction took less than a week and that included FedEx delay for a snow storm. They communicated through email the entire time. I got my DME back and put it in and everything just worked like it was supposed to. The whole process was great! Thanks ECU Pro! I highly recommend! Andrew Webb”

“I had a dead battery in my bmw e91. After trying multiple times to jump start, I ended up swapping out the battery. Unfortunately, that process messed up my frm. I shipped to ECU pro, they diagnosed and fixed in one day and quickly shipped back out to me.”

“Spoke to rep on phone first to make sure they still worked on module from my car since it was a 2006. They did and guided me through the online form to pick correct options. Fast and efficient service once they received. Really liked that they sent me video of my module working in another vehicle to test it out before sending it back. My module did not end up needing repair, so they adjusted pricing to diagnostic only which saved me a bit. It was helpful to know that it was not the source of my cars issues. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.”

“Sent cas and ecu on Monday, by the end of the week I had a video documenting the performance and condition of my parts. I would have received it back the following Monday but this recent snow business in the south caused the delay. NOT ECUs fault. I'm sure each case may depend upon individual circumstance so maybe it'll be the end of the week before youd get it back but I definitely have NO complaints. I won't hesitate to go to ECU in the future.”
