“The work was done on time, and with videos. A bit of miscommunication but it worked out at the end. Turn around time to get your stuff back is acceptable with the workload that have and shipping travel.”

“Ecu pro answered all questions timely. They try to understand the problems beforehand to better serve. The product was delivered timely. My part however has not yet been installed, as I am traveling. I hope to have in the car and running within the next couple of weeks. I am confident that all will work well.”

“THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. The process was so simple and their communication is amazing. I was given updates through email and the prices listed online were accurate. Firestone told me my module was damaged and I needed to replace it for 1k but this company was able to fix it for only $250! I saved so much money and my car has been running great!”

“I sent my EIS in to be tested. ECU pro is honest! They determine that my EIS was working properly and the problem was my key being old and not sending a strong enough signal. The turn around time was within the timeframe indicated on their website. They only charged me for testing and a new key. The key was discounted from the original price. I would definitely recommend ECU pro!”

“Couldn’t be pleased anymore. The turnaround time was amazing. They told me what was going on with it. I’ll definitely refer them to other people I work for Napa I’m an outside sales rep and I see about 125 people a week mainly mechanics so yes, very pleased.”

“Awesome service to have available. Tested my ECU, sent clear concise video showing installation and performance in your twin to my X5, and returned unit quickly. Good value for anyone diagnosing their vehicle prior to costly and potentially ineffective repairs. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
