“The process to purchase, submit the details then send the equipment for analysis and repair was intuitive and simple. Analysis results took about a week after confirmation that my ECU had been received but resolution happened within a few hours of when they informed me of the results with shipping the same day. On a side note, ECU Pro paid for two day shipping but FedEx used nearly a week to get their part done. Mine was a 2004 VW New Beetle Turbo and the ECU power input was dead. Likely from moisture damage.”

“We've been using ecu pro for about a year now. Have had some success in getting ecu's repaired. However the ones that couldn't be repaired they were able to supply us with pre coded good working, no issues ecu's. I will continue to use them”

“Sent one Audi ECU with internal board leakage and capacitor issues. The shop performed the testing and repaired it despite issues, sourced a reliable donor ECU, replaced aging capacitors in both units, matched VIN, and performed precise coding to vehicle specs. Shipping between Florida and Pennsylvania extended timeline, but technical execution was excellent. Highly professional service!”

“I shorted out the ECU during battery removal on a 2019 VW Atlas and I thought I was done for. I reached out to the dealer for a replacement which didn't include programming at a couple of thousand of dollars. I ran accross the ECU Pros online and gave them a shot. They couldn't have been more honest. I was ready to pay for a replacement but they suggested testing first and working up from there. They diagnoised the problem and fixed the original ECU saving me thousands of dollars! The unit was reapired quickly and has been working flawlesly since installation. I couldn't be more pleased with the ECU Pros!”
