“The process was thorough and easy to understand. The service was awesome. I was impressed at how quickly my FRM was serviced. I tracked the shipping to the ECU pros and within 15 minutes of being notified that it had arrived I received the first email stating that they had began working on my issue. “The team at ECU Pro received the ECU from my Mercedes Benz SLK350 on a Friday, the following Monday stating my unit had been tested. Unfortunately it could not be repaired and I purchased a replacement. The replacement arrived that Friday along with the old EVU. I installed the replacement ECU per instructions, turned the key and she fired right up with no issues. With a few hundred miles so far and everything is fine. Great people and great service. Thank you ECU Pro!”
