“Very good service. Sent back to me 3 days after they received it. I also got an email with a video as proof my CAS was repaired and working! Once I installed it, my car cranks perfectly now and all codes were gone off my car. I highly praise this company and am very glad I found them.”

“Very simple pricing structure, great communications with customer, and quick turn around. If you are willing to pull your pwn CAS and DME and ship them to The ECU Pro, you will save an enormous ampunt over going to a mechanic or dealership.”

“ECU Pro did not test the ECU under conditions that create the specific fault code that the ECU was sent in for - ambient air temp sensor 105202. I communicated this concern prior to testing. They assured me they could test for it. When the ECU tested good, the video they sent clearly did not replicate conditions needed to trigger the fault. This fault is triggered once the engine is turned off and values between three ambient air sensors are compared. ECU Pro has since failed to return phone calls and emails.”

“2013 BMW 650i F12 MSport - Permanent miss-fire on cylinder 7. Replaced all coil packs and plugs with no change. Sent the 2 - DME's and 2 additional modules + key and they were able to determine my issue was a burnt ingnition driver on DME2! They repaired it and shipped eveything back very quickly! My car is running perfectly now! Thank you ECU Pro!”

“This is a wonderful service. I have over 20 years professionally fixing cars and ECU issues can often be difficult to confirm. With this particular GL550 the ECU testing was inconclusive but with the test ecu that can be returned is a great option. I was correct and the car is now FIXED! I would highly recomend reaching out to THE ECU PRO if you have any questions. Their ECU was also more than hlaf the cost the MB dealer wanted for the unit NOT programmed or installed.”

“My 2010 X5 had all the symptoms of a failed FRM. No tail lights, interior lights, power windows, turn signals, side marker lights. Sent FRM to ECU Pros. Received promp notifications for them receiving my FRM. Diagnosis of FRM was performed immediately and I was notified of results within 48 hours. My FRM was shipped back to me with notification for me to watch for it. In this scenario, my FRM tested good on the bench and in an ECU Pro test car. While my part was being tested I exchanged a 11 year old battery out of my car. When I re-installed my FRM all functions worked again. While I now believe my issue was inconsistent voltage due to an old battery, ECU Pro's service and communication was first rate.”

“My ECM went out on me 2009 Mercedes E350, I mailed it to ecu pro and they had me a new one within a week. Car works perfectly, I highly recommend them.”

“Super fast and easy service. Highly recommend ECU Pro. I sent in my frm in a Thursday (from Florida) and my repaired frm was sent back to me by Tuesday. All I had to do was plug it in my car and I was good to go.”
