“I was very impressed with the communication and the whole process. I mailed off my parts and within a few days I received a report of what they found. I paid to have my ecu repaired, but they found no problems with the ecu, just the ews out of sync. They fixed it and refunded most of what I paid for a repair. They could have just kept the remainder and said there was an issue, but they were honest and professional. I will definitely use them with any mini cooper issues.”

“I’ve dealt with ECU Pro twice within a year on two different cars. I can honestly say both experience was excellent. They are extremely professional and keep you in the loop. First experience they helped me narrow down an issue I was unable to figure out. The last one they fixed my no-start issue. In my opinion, the only thing I do like is the cost of 2day shipping. I feel it’s a bit costly. I used their standard shipping and received my items in 3days. I do live on the east coast so that’s probably why I received it faster. Other than that they are my go-to company for my needs.”
