“Great experience. Followed instructions on how to remove and ship parts. Tested show problems with my CAS. They fixed the problem the shipped right back to me. Problem solved”

“I read about different issues my Mercedes CLK 350 from the website offered by ECU PRO. The instructions for sending it in was easy and straightforward. I then removed my ecu and sent it to be tested and repaired if it was possible. I was contacted that they had received it, and the technician would test it soon. Once the test was complete I was emailed and informed my ecu was not a candidate for repair because of internal issues from a damaged component. I had instructed ECU PRO if it couldn’t be repaired to replace it when I placed my order. ECU PRO then sent me a email with a working replacement operating on a car. I then received an invoice and paid which was really simple as well. I received the replacement and installed it and the car has performed great so far. I was excited to know there is a 6 month warranty and believe that these technicians were a great choice and highly recommend them. The only issue I had, and I reached out to them about the box FEDEX delivered because it was pretty beat up. Not their fault but I wanted them to know. Thanks again to ECU PRO for great service! It’s rare these days!”

“THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME, my Cooper is my partner and when he got sick many rushed to help me but with prices that ranged from 4,000 usd to selling it as scrap. My Countryman is from 2012 but it has NEVER been damaged, this is the first time. It was the CAS that was damaged and disassembling the entire dashboard. Well, it was all a challenge... but ECU-PRO gave me hope of fixing it... I took a risk without knowing... but I think it was the right thing to do, and after all, everything turned out wonderfully, my Cooper is fine, it drives like it was never with a problem... like new. Thank you ECU-PRO. My friends knows about you...”
