“They did what they say could do and that was fix/recode my FRM for a ‘13 BMW X5. Windows weren’t working, dome lights sometimes, comfort access, HUD sometimes (after clearing all modules in ISTA+). Even iDrive had been not working at all prior to issues with FRM. Received back from them and everything worked as it should INCLUDING the iDrive which I thought needed to be replaced. Thanks to your team!”

“I had a very good experience with The Ecu Pro. They had good customer service and offered timely updates regarding the status of my repair. Got the part back within a week after they received it and made repairs. I also had them cut and program a second key for the car as well. All in all, you can trust them to do what it takes to get your car back up and running.”

“Had to send off my ecm to be repaired is was unfortunate but it was to far gone to be repaired so they quickly offered a replacement and sent it out that day. Very reliable and professional, will use them again if need be”

“The service received was very professional. The process to get the ECU to them is seamless. The communication and the progress of the work is great. While the advertised price is $700, if you want the ECU to be returned to you programmed to your VIN, the cost is $1,000, otherwise it is generic which may be Okay.”

“Very pleased with the service from ECU Pro. Ultimately it was determined my EWS and associated parts were all functioning properly, but I'm thankful to have found a service that was able to test the parts, thus aiding in my diagnosis. “ECU PRO is Awesome all around the board! You can't find a company that will diagnose for the price, refurbish or replace for their prices Especially with BMW!!! They did an Awesome job with helping me figure out a problem that I thought was an issue with my computer system,come to find out ECU was Right it wasn't my computer system!
