“I shorted out the ECU during battery removal on a 2019 VW Atlas and I thought I was done for. I reached out to the dealer for a replacement which didn't include programming at a couple of thousand of dollars. I ran accross the ECU Pros online and gave them a shot. They couldn't have been more honest. I was ready to pay for a replacement but they suggested testing first and working up from there. They diagnoised the problem and fixed the original ECU saving me thousands of dollars! The unit was reapired quickly and has been working flawlesly since installation. I couldn't be more pleased with the ECU Pros!”

“I am very pleased with my purchase and the whole process with ECU Pro. Everything was so easy and im not a tech savvy person so I called and they were very patient and explained everything. “I could not be happier with the overall experience of working with ECU Pro. They were able to determine that I did in fact have an ECU problem, and were able to repair mine. I was so happy after extensive diagnostics on our end, to receive confirmation, and upon receiving my control unit back, the Audi fired right up and ran perfectly. I had a few questions after the sale that the support team was quick, kind, thorough and thoughtful. I’m happy to have you on my side as I navigate through any future ECU needs. “Straight forward service. I suspected the computer on my 540i was blown, they tried to repair it but had no communication. In the repair process they had me remove (which had video links) the computer, key computer, and key sending all of this cut the time to repair/ replace within two weeks, with shipping! I ended up needing a new DME and the pricing was absolutely fair for the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might have an ECU/DME issue. A HUGE THANK YOU!”
