“The turnaround time was very good… it would have been even better if they were not having issues with the new server. They made up for the slight delay in shipping by overnighting the DME back to me. I thought that was really impressive and speaks volumes about how they are as a company… The ecu (DME) so far is working great at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I don’t wanna have any more ECU problems with any of my vehicles, but I know where to send them if I ever do. Thank you for great service!!!”

“This company is very professional in every step of the process of the repair of the frm module. There was no hidden fees. They received module sent several emails with progress of part once it was received until repair was completed. Installed part per there instructions to safe guard any possible failures due to low voltage. Everything is working as it should with no programming required. Thanks for a job well done.”

“I called them about my bmw not passing emissions and said there were parameters that needed to be turned back on for a previous hack prior to me getting the car. They were very nice and assured me that they had this issue before. I had taken a picture with my scan tool showing what needed to be fixed. Got it back and it is the same as before. It's like they did nothing I asked them to do. Went to the dealership and they said the parameters can be turned on and off. So end story I have to spend more money on something ECU pros said they could do.”

“Second time using The ECU Pro's and like the first time it's been great. I have a 2012 Peterbilt 384 with a Paccar motor and the ECM wasn't communicating but after they finished with it the truck runs better than ever. Highly highly recommend”

“I was referred to the ECUPRO by Craid Ostrander, the guy I purchased the BMW from. He informed me of the vehicles malfunctions, and stated that these guys were the team for the job! HE WAS NOT LYING. I purchased the FMR repair service, with the optional overnight shipping for an extra 75 dollars, and these guys worked on the unit ON A SUNDAY, and shipped it back to me as expediently as possible. They were responsive to my inquiring emails during the repair process and 100 percent professionals. I give them a 10/10 and would highly recommend them to others. “This company ECU is very knowledgeable and was very efficient in repairing and shipping back my Footwall module. Once, the module was installed back in my mini cooper it cranked right back up with all of the features working again. I also had a red car on a lift icon on the dashboard that was also not present anymore once the module was installed. Great Job ECU and I highly recommend them for business. The dealership wanted over a thousand dollars, so ECU helped me fix the issue for substantially cheaper.”

“This was such an easy fix! Mailed it in, they repaired my BMW footwell module in a day and had it in the mail shortly after. All issues I had were resolved after reinstalling. Would definitely use this company again!!!”

“I was unable to order a new CAS3 system for my 2012 Mini Cooper. The manufacturer is not currently making them. Thanks to ECU, I was able to send them the units, and they were able to repair them. All of this was done in less than a week. I received updates and videos, and my parts were returned quickly once repaired.”

“The team inspected my CAS module and confirmed my findings as described to them. They were unable to repair my module due to sourcing components however, offered me a new module. Received module 2 days early and installed. Car immediately came to life with all "bugs" and "gremlins" eliminated. It has now been 10 days and the car is working as designed. I highly recommend this company for any German car owner. Thank you for you help team.”

“Took BMW 328i to dealership for battery change. Was told that a new FRM was needed and was given a quote over $1,000. The folks at The ECU Pro were very patient with me on the phone as I asked questions. I sent FRM to The ECU Pro on a Friday, they received it on Monday, and shipped it back securely within two days! I was driving my car on Thursday, the same day that I received it! My turn signals, lights, and windows are working again! The folks at The ECU Pro are knowledgeable, professional, and I would highly recommend them!”
