“Finding these guys was an absolute godsend. Our '08 BWM wagon had multiple bizarre issues that our local BMW mechanic couldn't figure out. Eventually, they narrowed it down to the CAS unit. Unfortunately, since it required special access privileges and software, they said the dealer would have to repair it — meaning a multi-thousand-dollar repair for an older vehicle. ECU Pro came to the rescue and were able to replace the unit. The process was simple and straightforward. My mechanic removed the unit and the ECU and sent them, along with a key, to ECU Pro, who then programmed a refurbished unit to work with our vehicle. So far, the gremlins that were plaguing us have disappeared. ECU Pro were easy to deal with and available via the phone. They were polite and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“So far I haven't had the time to install the ECU but I am this evening when I get off work, they did an amazing job and everything was done in a very timely manner! Will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of a refurbished or clone ECU! will send a video of my bmw running once I get everything installed!”

“I was asked to get a 2007 BMW E92 running again. The car had been sitting for 2 years. I was told the ECU may have been damaged. I contacted ECU Pro. They guided me thru the procedure to send the equipment to them for testing. Within 2 days of receiving the equipment, they informed me that the ECU was okay and returned it to me. I was more than impressed with their quick and professional service.”

“Great service and turn time! Plugged in the fixed ECU in on my daughters 2012 Mini Cooper and crossed my fingers! Boom! All is good. So glad I found this! If you have limited mechanical skills you can do this yourself as I did. Stupid trim removal is the hardest part. Lol Really tho. Saved me $1400 at least. I sent into ECU pro for test which was $99. Got a notice it could be fixed for $250. Thought awesome only $340. But when I went to pay that they gave me credit for the $99 and only charged another $150. All together $250! Totally could have got me for the $350 and would have been fine with that. Stand up company for sure!”

“Very professional ,very thorough with the Video👍 . in a few days time they checked out my Key-Fob , DME, CAS modules and found out that everything was A-OK !! And receive my Modules back in the mail in no time 👍 Thanks again ECU pro , I highly recommend them .”

“The customer support team is super helpful, friendly, & efficient. Very knowledgeable & communicative. I sent in one of my ecms for a problem vehicle we were unable to fix fully due to the ECM having an issue internally. After I submitted my work order, the process went super quick from shipment to them, to response back from the tech as to what the issue was, with receiving the ecm back during a holiday week. We have progress and that is what matters. I will use them again for more vans & vehicles I have issues with. I highly recommend :)”

“2018 Freightliner M2 wouldn’t start, multiple dash lights were on including wheel spin, ABS, start blocked, both yellow engine lights were on, and the def was flashing Red. Sent out to the ECU Pro and it was bad. They repaired it. I Received a video of it working in one of their trucks. Returned with overnight shipping and had our truck up and running the next day. Definitely worth it.”
