“Very please with the service. I received a video documenting that the newly prgrammed ECU. Turn around time was quick. If I need this service perfomred again, I'll definitely use ECU Pros.”

“Glad I found ECU Pro. Reasonably priced, very fast turnaround, and fixed the issue with the lighting control module on my BMW. What more could you ask for? Would absolutely use them again.”

“I sent my EIS and keys in for testing. Testing was completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. The only criticism is that all communication is via email. So rather than having the ability to have a 5 minute conversation with the technician who did the testing, you wind up sending emails back and forth over a couple of different days.”

“Sent my BMW &50 Li modules to ECU Pro. Email communication was excellent identifying what steps were happening. Fortunately the modules did not need repair. They performed the security AWS sync, tested and retruned the modules. I installed and car started . At one point, I called and spoke with Stephanie. She was a great person to talk to and clarified when my modules would be shipped. Thanks for your service and honesty. Bill”

“ECU Pro was easy to work with. When it was clear that my DME could not be repaired, they agreed to reprogram a customer provided donor DME for the repair fee. So far the reprogrammed DME has worked without any issues. I am satisfied with their work and service.”

“The ECU Pro supplied a replacement EIS and additional key for my 2000 Mercedes-Benz E320. I experienced minor issues with the replacement part, but They stood behind their product and resolved all of my issues. I would definitely use them again.”
