Fast and easy - quick turn around time- strait forward- getting to the CAS is a royal pain in the A$$ (Mini you have to tear the complete dash apart and off) but the reward is a car that starts and runs without issue- if you have a mini that kick clicks but doesn’t start and shows the orange Key symbol on the dash you probably have a bad CAS - do you homework rule out the starter and all electrical connections are in working order and scan your vehicle to confirm it’s the CAS - then send it to these guys along with your keys and a week later I had a reprogrammed CAS with keys back- that works flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys so much- you Rock.

ECU Pro repaired my footwell module which allowed my mirrors and lights to work.It is still working as intended.

Haven’t been able to start the car and physically use it yet since the car is not done yet, but the software seems like there is a lot of options to suit different situations.

Had good experience in past until I sent a Mercedes ecm. Order 6365. Was told they would have replacement one to sell me if they can’t fix the one I sent in. Then was told they don’t have a replacement. Was even told nothing was wrong with it. Paid for bench test. Spend hours diagnosing and checking all wires to find out the ecm was bad! Went with replacement ecm and everything was fixed. Company wasted my customers money and time!

ECU Pro received my CAS on Friday Feb. 2nd. On Monday Feb 5th I received an email saying my CAS has been fixed and fully tested! Great customer service and fast turn around!!!

Excellent in all respects. I shipped my car’s DME to test, as I (and BMW dealer) suspected it was faulty. They tested and confirmed it was fine, no issues and shipped back. I reinstalled and car experienced same intermittent misfiring issue with injector #1 problem code. Had BMW dealer check again, and at first they still adamant was faulty DME. I questioned how can be, if just had the DME tested by ECU Pro who said it checked out fine. BMW tech then said would double check all wiring. Called me back few hours later and told me, after additional testing, confirmed DME is working fine, but there is issue within wiring harness. Unfortunately, must replace costly wiring harness. Won’t know for certain if wiring harness is in fact the root cause until it’s replaced. However, at this point in time, it appears that ECU Pro’s test results on DME were correct. Very good end to end experience dealing with ECU Pro.
