“We thought we had an ignition module problem due to intermittent starting issues. I had additional questions about ordering a spare key. ECUPro called me on the phone - unexpected since I assumed this was going to be an internet only experience - to explain their services and to confirm that I could order a spare key. They analyzed the module and found that my source problem was a dead key. They swapped the repair service for a new key, programmed the additional key and sent it all back quickly. Very pleased with the service and will use them again.”
