“Excellent customer service. They were able to test my parts quicker than expected. Clear communication on the fact that they received my parts, when they tested it, and when they were going to be sending it back - along with sending me a tracking number once sent. Within the communication aspect what I loved the most is that they sent me a video to show what the email explained. Highly recommend if you need to get your DME checked out.”

“2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. DME was fried due to jumping the vehicle and wouldn’t crank. The ECU Pro replaced the DME in no time, car runs fine now. Great service!”

“8-8-23 I contacted ECU Pro about their services. I followed the mail In process. My DME was not repairable and a replacement part was provided for me. My parts were returned to me and after installing them I cleared my codes and my 2012 BMW 328i started right up. Has been working fine since. Highly recommend this service.”

“They had to replace my FRM because I trashed it, I had to remove my CAS module, and send the key fobs but, my mini now works fine and I’m in process of putting it all back together. Thanks ECU Pro”

“Easy process to get FRM repaired, just remove it from the car, fill out the online application send it to them, next day they will check and repair and return it to you for installation! $299 vs. Mini dealership that wanted $1,200. Takes 5 minutes to do it yourself.”
