“First time using Ecu pro. Will be back for sure. The guys were great and quick with the turnaround of our ECM. They stayed in contact with us the whole way through the process. Keep up the outstanding work.”

“The response to queries were fast and straightforward. But delivery time was longer than expected. This may be due to delays shipment to outside of mainland US address (Guam). Have yet to install the replacement unit and delay on this was because of the typhoon that hit the island.”

“WOW! They started diagnosing my DME the day they received it! A weekend passed and then I got a call from Chad early Tuesday, stating he was completed with my unit. I requested they make an additional key while they had my modules. My pkg. was mailed out that day and I had it on Thursday! When I spoke with Chad, he warned me in advance I might have a minor issue to address. Not only was he correct but he also provided guidance as to how to correct it. This is the best experience I have had with an out of town vendor in as long as I remember! Thanks ECU Pro!”
