“The entire process has been great! Once I submitted my work order, received a call the next day to advise I hadn't completed a step. Received notification once they received my parts, received notification via email once they did their troubleshooting steps, and received their feedback and recommendations. Then once I completed the last step my parts were processed to ship the same day back to me. Couldn't have been a better or smoother process with this transaction. So happy The ECU pro exists to do this work on ecu and computer and key components instead of having to trailer a dead BMW to the dealership.”

“The ECU Pro fixed my FRM3 in no time. The service was quick, I got status updates along the way, and I only had 4 days worth of downtime including shipping. The team took the time to discuss technical questions about reinstalling the unit. Overall I’m very happy and my car is on the road again.”

“This place is awesome and treated me very well plus not to mention they were very quick on repairing my CPC4 for my freightliner truck and communicated with me every step of the way including sending me a video of my part repaired and working properly in another truck so with that being said I will definitely use these guys for all my electronic work in the future. Thank you once again ECU Pros for doing an awesome job.”

“Was recommended to me by a friend. Instructions were super clear. Alot cheaper than getting a new ecu at the bmw dealer thats for sure. Customer service was extremely helpful and quick with response time as well. Plus the 3 month warranty is pretty nice. Have not installed yet, but I have high hopes that ecupros will be the reason my car is back on the road!”
