“I sent the DME, ZGW, and CAS from my 2014 BMW 528i to ECU Pro for service. Their customer service was outstanding. I initially forgot to include the ZGW, but they promptly emailed me and guided me through sending it in. They diagnosed and resolved the issue, even providing video evidence of the repair. Return shipping was fast, and once I reinstalled the components, everything worked perfectly. I will definitely contact them again for any future electronic issues with my car. Overall Very Pleased with the services”

“The ECU Pro’s cloned my FRM module and cut a new key for my 2010 BMW. Everything works as it should. They keep you informed every step of the process and had my new parts back to me promptly. Highly recommend.”

“I was experiencing an no start on my cla so I sent in my ecu to these guys. Unfortunately my ecu was no good but thankfully they were able to clone a replacement ecu and got my Mercedes back on the road. I would highly recommended them the service was great and I couldn’t be happier :)”

“I recently had a problem with the data port not communicating with the ECU in my E92 BMW. After considerable diagnostic work, it was obvious that the ECU needed to be checked. I sent it to ECU Pro who processed my request quickly, properly diagnosed my issue, reprogrammed the unit, and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks including shipping. It is back in my car, working perfectly. Many thanks to a great group who care.”
