I ordered a 3 gang 2 way screwless light switch on 18th dec and received it on 24th dec bareing in mind xmas post so was quite pleased with delivery really . well wrapped for delivery . overall an acceptable transaction.

Sorry to hear your refund took a while to process, as you can imagine we have to examine any returns that come back to us for defects before we can initiate a refund. The product looks ok for the money but not sure how ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday is "Next Day Delivery" ?

Hey, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review, it's very much appreciated. Glad to hear you are happy with the convector heaters, they are a great bit of kit! In regards to your next day delivery question, as per our delivery policy (you can find it here --> www.electricalguys.co.uk/delivery) our service is strictly 'working days'. That means because you happened to order after 4PM (your order was placed at 5PM) on the Friday, your goods were dispatched on the following Monday for delivery the 'next working day'. Hope it clears this up, but if you have any further questions then just give our customer care team a shout. We look forward to hopefully seeing you next time :-)

I was expecting a new item. The webpage mentioned nothing about my buying a very dirty secondhand item from them; at least it was the item listed.

Good prices, the right product, delivered in a timely fashion. However, I was signed up for an email newsletter without my knowledge - I HATE receiving them so would not have asked to be sent one. I have also been completely unable to find an invoice for the goods I have purchased.

To find an invoice just simply log in to your account on our website and you can download yourself a PDF. If you didn't create an account when you checked out, just sign up with the email address you did on your order and again, you should be able to download yourself an invoice. Items delivered not exactly what was ordered - contacted them immediately about it via the provided address and have heard nothing since - not even an acknowledgment email.

One item supplied was not as described on the website. An email to them to advise this was not responded to. Website worked well and the next day delivery was very efficient.

I ordered a weatherproof socket, and a drill bit. They came in an enormous box all filled with packaging, with the small items to be found at the very bottom of the box. I wasn't keen on the waste of packaging that this involved. The packaging was plastic-y too, I would have preferred it if it was something biodegradable or recyclable, like those expanded rice wotsit shaped things, and in a much smaller box. Other than that the package came very quickly, and I got exactly what I ordered.

Good delivery but totally over the top packaging for just one small bulb. Enormous box delivered. A posted small jiffy bag would have been ample.

Bulbs arrived next day but wasn't happy with brightness rang and spoke to very pleasant and helpful member of staff who promptly got another order out to me of the correct brightness bulbs I was charged a second time . No problem with this courier picked up following day but nearly a month later have not received a credit for the returned order so black mark

A lot of fuss made over a simple purchase of a couple of household bulbs - parcel tracking etc etc. Too many emails. The parcel was well packaged but, again, rather overdone in a box big enough to hold a fridge!

Item did not arrive at expected destination and was delivered to a shop beside my flat instead of to a neighbour. This was resolved however and I now have my parcel so that aspect of service is good However, due to the delivery companies error, I will not order again unless bulbs2go change delivery service as I need to know where my parcel has been delivered via a calling card.

Hey Lysette, I'm really sorry to hear of this and I apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. It seems on our records that somebody else signed for the goods upon arrival - so we are reaching out to Fedex to get the full details on this. Once we have determined where the goods are we can either arrange a refund or have them forwarded onto yourself. I will get our Customer Care team to get in touch once we have some more information. Pleased with the product but a little disappointed that I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive them until the Monday after ordering them on the Friday I expected them on the Saturday ????

Hi Lois, Unfortunately our next day delivery only applies to working days. So our courier will deliver Friday orders on the following Monday. We are glad you're happy with the product though! We look forward to seeing you back on our website sometime soon :-)

I placed my order on 1st Sept for next day delivery unfortunately the courier misplaced this so had to wait almost a week. I did call and speak to someone she was very helpful and went to source my bulbs. Got them in the end so happy and at a much better price than have previously paid elsewhere. Will give benefit of the doubt over this delivery issue and will order again.
