good company but they dont know the difference from a battern fitting and a diffuser my problem is still on going

Would be a good idea to cut down on packaging. The key that I ordered was on a large box with lots of bubble wrapping. Unnecessary and not environmentally friendly!

Only gave 3 stars as i ordered 200 roofing bolts (with nuts and washers). No washers supplied and the nuts were square head and not hex head as in picture, so will have to buy nuts. But saying that, for 200 roofing bolts, it's cheap.

Had to phone, to check on the order process. Customer service said I would have had an email but checked both inbox and spam but no email. When the item turned up, it was as described. Thanks

I ordered the small light long lights bulbs . I'm surprised they made it in one piece as they hadn't been wrapped with well. One had come out of the bubble wrap and was only in the polythene bag when I opened it.

Very good sorting the order and pricing , although the purchase turned out to be very pricey in the end. Unfortunately delivery , which is by a third party, lets down the whole process. They state next day delivery, I got 10% of my order. The other 90% came two days later. This turned out to be inconvenient and costly as the delivery point was where I was working and I was due to return home the day after promised delivery. I've rated at 3 as their Customer Service department let's them down on follow up support.

Good product, however wasn't happy that I paid for next day delivery (2 hours before the 4pm cut-off) for an urgent item, which arrived 2 days later. No updates or tracking provided. I called the company on the expected day of delivery to be told to wait for FedEx until 5:30 but to no avail. I tied to call back but the customer service closed at 5:30 leaving myself and a client annoyed. Not good service, probably won't use again.

Ordering and receiving the Electrical meter box was simple and great. However when I received the box there were so many scratches and marks on the meter box itself.

Very pleased with the product, but a bit disappointed with the delivery. Paid for next working day delivery and it came 3 days later.

Hey Gillian, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear your goods didn't arrive with you on time. As you ordered on Saturday, the goods should have been dispatched out on Monday for delivery Tuesday. I have just looked into this however and it seems for some reason they were not dispatched out until the Wednesday. I can only apologise for this and will raise the issue with our logistics team. I have gone ahead and generated a refund for your carriage cost to make up for any inconvenience this delay in your delivery may have caused. It does look like we shipped them out from here on the 8th but the Fedex tracking is reporting an issue with the delivery on the 9th, hence why it wasn't delivered until the 10th. I can only apologise for this on behalf of Fedex. I have instructed our team to refund your carriage charge and this should show in your account in the next few days. Product arrived very late which was due to a driver being involved in an accident, so I am not going to complain about him. I was disappointed however that no one contacted me to let me know that the delivery was not happening. I had to ring to find out where my items were. A nice lady looked into this and I was sent replacement items. Then there were 2 screws missing from the packaging but luckily my husband has many different sizes of screws and we found 2 that would fit. So overall my experience was average.
