Out of the 12 50w bulbs, received one 35w. Not a huge deal I suppose, just kind of irritating but not worth sending back and getting the correct watt.

order 10 lamps 4 was broken on delivery , couldn't wait for new ones to be delivered so I paid top price at B&Q, very disappointed with my purchase , needed the lamps for holiday, got some when I arrived .

I experienced problems when trying to complete my purchase online. When I clicked to complete my order the screen would blink and nothing would happen so I had no idea if my order had worked. The chat box person was very helpful and had someone call me to complete my order. This person was also very helpful. After the website issues I finally completed my order at 16:52 (quite close but still before the 17:00 deadline for next day delivery) yet my order was still not dispatched despite paying for next day delivery before 5pm. I let the person on the phone know I specifically ordered because I was available all day the next day but not the day after. She said she would check my order had been dispatched the next morning and let me know (my phone rang but I was showering and missed it, I presume it was her which I appreciate :). I had to reschedule a planned trip to wait in a second day for my delivery. My scores for customer relations would be 10. The website issues and the 2 day delivery knocked this down to 5. The item was also well packaged and worked perfectly.

Hi Matthew. Thank you very much for the detailed feedback, it's much appreciated. I'm really sorry for the problems you encountered during the checkout process on our website. I have passed on the feedback to our web team who will look into it further. I have also escalated the feedback to our Warehouse Manager regarding your failed Next Day Delivery as, like you say, you ordered well before the 5PM cut-off so there was no excuse on our part! I'll get a customer care representative to get in touch with you to discuss further if you like? The first bulb arrived broken. However staff helpful when I phoned up, and sent a replacement wrapped up much more securely, and this one is fine.

I found the site difficult and ordered tubes with the wrong fitting t5 instead of t8, I am still waiting for the return authorisation.

Hi Steve, Sorry to hear you haven't received your goods yet. Our TNT system shows that they were signed for on the 27th February by a 'P Tarrent'. I shall get one of our customer care reps to chase up the order for you on Monday and get in touch with some more information. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

unfortunately when they was delivered by dhl both bulbs was smashed to pieces so they was unusable therefore I would not order them online again.

Hi Lynette, I'm sorry to hear your goods arrived damaged. We always try our best to package our goods in a way that will protect them in transit, although sometimes accidents happen. Did you get in touch with our customer care team regarding replacements? I shall get one of our team to give you a call and we'll get some more bulbs shipped out to you ASAP! I ordered 5 1200 mm fluorescent tubes which were sent by wholesaler called YESSS. They arrived very quickly, the next day by carrier. They had been very well packed but when I opened them the pins on the end of one of the tubes was broken. By how they were packed it must have been like that prior to packing. I phoned the supplier and they appologised and said they will send a replacement which arrived again by carrier the next day. Prevously when I have ordered bulbs from Bulbs2Go there has not been any problem.

Hi Graham, I'm glad our customer care team could sort out the issue for you quickly. Our aim is to always get goods out to you both safely and quickly, although as you have experienced there sometimes may be some hiccups. We have made sure we have relayed this information back to our warehouse team for future deliveries!
