“When I first thought about ordering tubes on-line I was concerned that they might not arrive intact, but I need not have worried. I ordered both 5 and 6 foot tubes at very good prices, they arrived the next day totally safe and so well packed I was amazed. I can not fault the service I have received and I will be using you again for all my lighting needs in the future. Thank you.”

“Paid £6 for next day courier delivery and was promised an email when order shipped. No email on delivery day so phoned them about midday. They were full of apologies since order had not been sent and they instantly refunded the £6. Order arrived the following day. So reasonably happy.”

Hi Colette, I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. As you placed the order with us on Sunday night around 7PM your goods therefore didn't ship out from our warehouse until yesterday (our warehouse fairies are sleeping at the weekend). They should be out for delivery with you today - so it shouldn't be too long before you have them in your hands! :-)

“Dirt cheap tubes arrived in a trice, so well packed it would defeat a burglar. Philips tubes plugged in my inner sanctum (shed) and work a treat”

“I ordered some Crompton B22 golf ball led bulbs and they arrived on the scheduled date, and well-packed. Ihad previously bought some similar bulbs from a local lighting shop, and found they were rather dim -only 200 lumens for 4 Watts. These Cromptons are also 4 Watts, but radiate 400 lumens, and are considerably smaller than the TCPs, which are 8 cm long. The Cromptons are only a couple of mm longer than a tungsten filament golf ball bulb, which is 7 cm, and are cheaper as well! I am very pleased with this purchase. Thankyou, Bulbs2Go!”
